HOCHGURGL

This year we went to Hochgurgl for our skiing vacation exactly a
year after my accident. The weather didn't cooperate much but we managed
to have a few good days and it was simply wonderful. No accidents!
Our stay started with lots of dark clouds and snow flurries and finally a snow
storm. We were, however, able to drive all the way up to the hotel and not
take the Hochgurglbahn.

On the day when the weather was really bad we decided to skip the skiing and
drive to Gries and Vent, and from Vent we hiked to
Rofenhöfe.

At the end of our vacation on our way back we drove through
Fernpass and were lucky enough to go through as the
pass was closed an hour or so later. Then into Germany and onto Freiburg.
