St. Prokulus - One of the oldest churches in the area dating back to 7th century A.D. The wall paintings are partially protected from the elements and have survived. A beautiful church definitely worth seeing.

How things have changed...
While in 1999 it was a lonesome church you could just walk in, it has now become a tourist attraction with its own museum and needless to say, fees!
The museum included archeological dig results that showed the anthropological studies of the bones found around the church. In addition, the Gothic frescoes removed from the chuch can also be seen in the musuem.
However the church of St. Prokulus is still the same, including the bench near the entrance!
