CRETE

After,Berwang [Austria], Istanbul and Athens our long acation had its finale in Crete.
In Crete we stayed in a resort called Kalimera Kriti [Literally 'Good morning Crete'].
We visited various towns and the ruins of the palace of Knossos - Here are some impressions.

A great day in Heraklion. We visited the town, the museum and the port, did some shopping, and we saw the greatest restaurant sign in the world.

And a very impressive museum!
Knossos is a fascinating active acheological site,where some of the buildings have been restored and some others are still under the supervision of archeologists.
