Chamonix, 07/2005

During our stay in Megève we did two of our hikes at Chamonix

The Chamonix Valley is approximately 20 kilometers long and  is nestled between the Mont-Blanc range to the south and the Aiguilles Rouges mountains to the north. The town itself is at 1040m. altitude.
 

One was at Aiguille du Midi on the Mont Blanc Massif : Altitude 3845 m
 

The other at Le Brévant on the Aiguilles Rouges facing Mont Blanc : Altitude 2525 m

August 2011

In 2011 we went up Aiguille du Midi via Italy, Courmayeur.

Once again in 2015 we were on Aiguille du Midi.  This time with the family!
