This year our trip to Stubaier Gletscher included fasching [Carnival]

What a Wonderful Experience

Our stay as always is at our favorite place: Jagdhof. 

Arrival in Neustift

Our trip included:

... skiing, and a new statue of Dr. Heinrich Klier, the founder of Stubaier Gletscher ski resort.

... and a little quiz: Central Europeans changing after a day of skiing.  And then the Italians. Guess who is who.

... lovely lunches at Schaufelspitz and our wonderful servers

... a day off in Innsbruck going up to Nordkette

another  non ski day in Südtirol visiting Val Gardena and Kastelruth

The lack of snow in the Alps, in 2023 was evident when driving in Südtirol.

... And finally the highlight of the trip: the fasching entertainment in the hotel. Asli and Stephan doing Hollywood!
